The Inner Edit

Reconnect.   Realign.   Rise.

by Sarika Hareendran

I empower women who have built everything around them — and quietly lost themselves in the process — to stop surviving and start aligning their lives.

Three distinct women. One shared truth — the women carrying the most are almost always the ones investing the least in themselves.

01
The High Achiever
Working Women & Tech Professionals
You've built the career, hit the milestones, and earned every room you've walked into. But somewhere between the promotions and the late-night Slack messages, you stopped recognising yourself. The burnout isn't laziness — it's a systems failure.

02
The Household CEO
Dedicated Homemakers
You run the most complex, least documented operation that exists. The invisible load is real — and so is the guilt you feel for wanting something of your own. You haven't lost yourself. You've just been last on your own list for far too long.

The New Mother
Women in Matrescence
Matrescence — the identity-level transformation of becoming a mother — is one of the most profound shifts a woman will ever navigate. You can love your child completely and still grieve the woman you were. Both are true. Both deserve space.

Sarika Hareendran

Holistic Life & Mindset Coach  ·  Former DevOps Lead

Sarika spent a decade as a DevOps Lead building resilient infrastructure and seamless workflows. Yet, beneath the high-tech systems and code, a quiet, powerful calling was always tugging at her heart — a deep-seated passion for life coaching and human transformation. Then she stepped off the ladder — for 2.5 years she was homemaking and experiencing motherhood for the first time, doing the most complex, least documented work of her life.

"Most people called it a gap. She calls it the chapter that changed her architecture."

Driven by her lifelong devotion to healing and human growth, she chose to dedicate herself completely to the sacred art of coaching. Today, Sarika merges 10 years of systems thinking with ICF-aligned holistic coaching through The Inner Edit — to empower women to stop surviving their lives and start aligning them.

Our Philosophy

The edit was always possible.
She just needed permission to begin.

An edit is not a destruction. It is a discernment. It says — not everything here is wrong. But not everything here is still true. Let us look at what was written in fear, in conditioning, in someone else's expectations — and choose, with intention, what stays.

Inner The location of the work

No external change holds without internal alignment. The work begins where no one else can see it — in the quiet, in the honest, in the private conversation between who she has been and who she is becoming.

Edit The act of authorship

An act of authorship. It reclaims the pen. Not to erase — but to realign. To keep what is true and release what no longer is. To stop surviving the story and start writing it.

Rooted in wisdom

Vedanta

Viveka — The faculty of discernment — distinguishing what is real from what is constructed. What is self from what is role. The Inner Edit is viveka made practical.

Ikigai

The concept of a reason for being — the intersection of what you love, what you are good at, what the world needs, and what sustains you. Most women optimise for two or three. The Inner Edit helps her live all four.

Rumi

The tradition of the homecoming — the journey back to the self that existed before the conditioning, before the roles. The entire path, as Rumi taught, is not a becoming. It is a remembering.

Zen

The art of finding beauty in imperfection and impermanence. She was never broken. Her story, with all its detours and quiet chapters, is whole as it is.

We believe every woman is the original author of her own life — and that somewhere between the roles she took on and the expectations she absorbed, her own voice became the quietest one in the room.

The Inner Edit exists to help her find that voice again. Not by adding more. By returning to what was always there — beneath the noise, beneath the performance, beneath the years of surviving.

This is not self-improvement. This is self-recognition.

She was never the problem. She was always the answer — just waiting to be heard in her own story.

Words from the journey.

"

Working with Sarika genuinely changed how I approach my life. Before we started, I didn't have language for what was going on — I just felt stuck. She helped me name it. What's made the biggest difference is the awareness she's built in me — I now notice my patterns and habits as soon as they arise, and it's helped me immensely in both my professional and personal life. She gave me tools to work with, but more importantly, helped me understand why I was stuck in the first place, which made the tools actually stick. I'd recommend her to anyone who wants to improve their life in all aspects.

Sarika was a very friendly and approachable coach. She heard me out patiently and also was asking questions that were in the right direction, which at the end helped me find clarity and the way forward (immediate next steps). So yes it was super helpful. Thanks!

Sarika, The way you keep asking questions on my experiences and bring out the answer from myself is amazing. You went with the flow and intuitively asked questions and finally those helped me to get an answer from myself. I really liked how open minded, patient and understanding you were when you hear what I wanted to say. Thank you so much.

Dear Sarika, I really appreciated your sessions. You listened so attentively and created a space where I felt truly heard and understood. You let me speak my mind out without interrupting, that's the best quality for a life coach. Thank you for your patience, insight, and support — it made a real difference. Thank you.
